With the following group of items you can quickly choose the correct parts for your Uno Plus using the drop down menus. By default, the tick boxes can't be 'unticked' as all parts are mandatory for putting together the Uno Plus. You can of course purchase the parts separately but they won't have the special bundle pricing.

1) Left or Right Uno Plus Add-On Kit

The AirFlo Uno Plus comes with left and right handles for two handed use. The handle is either left or right side and it's not that important which one you choose. If, in the future, you decide to upgrade to a Duo or Uno Plus you would choose the opposite side to match it.

 

2) Left or Right Suspension Module

There's one Suspension Module required and this is either the left or right side. If, in the future, you decide to upgrade to a Duo you would choose the opposite side to match the one you choose here. For further info on the correct spring (Light, Medium or Heavy) please look at the Payload Springs table on the right, or let us know your camera and gimbal and we'll help you decide.

 

3) Uno Gimbal Mount

The Uno gimbal mounts listed in the dropdown menu are compatible to use with the single suspension module. This is for use in the Uno Plus Dual handed configuration. 

 

4) Just add the bundle to your cart and your all set. Just be aware that this bundle is discounted so if you remove any of the items in your cart then the discount will also be removed.

 

5) Finally, after adding the bundle to your cart look further down the page to the recommended accessories for the AirFlo as these are what customers have typically bought with their AirFlo's. And that's it! We'll get to work on your order and send you an email as soon as it's dispatched.

All stocked items are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our Factory to you. 

Covid-19: Due to the worldwide effects that Covid-19 has had on shipping times these guidelines may differ vastly. For this reason we cannot guarantee any quoted time-frame.
For our Courier shipments;
The estimated times generated are optimistic to say the least. Most courier shipments that quote around 2 to 5 business days are taking at least twice as long due to Covid-19 slowdowns. Couriers quoting 6+ days tend to not be as overstated though in the current pandemic, you still need to be prepared for around a doubling of the delivery time-frames.

Most AirMail is being held in quarantine for a period of weeks as a part of the Covid-19 Quarantine measures and then being processed through Customs. 
We thank you for your kind patience during this difficult global time.
We often get asked if we sell via Amazon or local distributors, but the markup that these middlemen add to the price is too much so we decided to deal direct, factory to you, to bring the costs down.

All shipments are sent out with Australia Post, and after clearing your local customs, it is passed onto your local postal network for delivery. Once handed onto your postal network, you will be able to use the supplied tracking number with your local postal services tracking system to get in many cases more timely tracking updates.

Recent changes to the way that worldwide Customs services process shipments valued under $1000 has meant that we've seen significant increases in the time spent waiting for clearances by Customs. This time is typically 70% of the total shipping time. For our tracked shipments you will see the item where it leaves Australia from Sydney Airport and then there will be no further information until your local Customs passes the shipment to the local carrier for further delivery.

Our policy lasts 30 days. This is a 'no questions asked' policy so if for whatever reason you don't like it then return it for a refund.

Customers can cancel their order up until the item is dispatched. Payment gateways charge us a non-refundable fee and we take out 3.9% from the available refund.

If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For further details regarding a return please read the "Shipping Information" section below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Any non-refundable merchant fees (such as PayPal fees) together with a small administrative fee will be taken away from the total before the refund is processed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping 
We send your purchase with tracked delivery. Typically once in your country it is your countries postal service that delivers your purchase to your address. Use the supplied tracking number on your postal services tracking webpage for more details. If you are not available to sign for your delivery then you will need to make arrangements to pick it up.

Before shipping back your return you must contact us at the email address customerservice@scottymakesstuff.com to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number. To then return your product, mark the received RA number on the address label (e.g. RA#34). Your return mail should look similar to below but instead with the RA number we give you:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The AirFlo Uno Plus is a great value, ultra-compact and lightweight dual handle single suspension 4th axis stabilizer built to make your bumpy gimbal footage buttery smooth. 

We've taken out the 'fluff' and added all the best bits from our popular stabilizers and distilled it down into this new ultra-compact and lightweight 4th axis or z-axis stabilizer - and it's also the best 'bang for your buck' 4th axis stabilizer on the market by a long shot! 

Using the same gimbal mounts from the Glider Pro 3 Uno range it's made to fit almost all handheld gimbals such as the Ronin S, Zhiyun Crane 2, Weebill, Crane 3, Smooth 4, Osmo Mobile 2, Moza Air 2, Feiyu's and the list goes on!

The design goals were to reduce the weight and packing bulk by over half while still achieving great smoothing from the softest all the way to the craziest filming movements.

  • Its packed size is one quarter the size of the Compact Pro and half that of the Pro 3 Uno
  • It's less than half the weight of the Pro 3 Uno
  • We redesigned the bounce damping into a compact form using PTFE to give 'fluid-like' damping without the extra bulk and the expense.

    Payload Springs

    The AirFlo Uno Plus 4th axis stabilizer has a choice of 3 different springs - Light,  Medium & Heavy.  

    There is overlap between the 3 springs so you may have two springs that will work with your payload. In that case always choose the spring that is the heavier of the two options as this will provide the best smoothing for your payload. 

    The payload weight is worked out by adding all your equipment that is mounted to the 4th axis stabilizer (i.e. camera, gimbal, follow focus servo, etc).
