We are an Australian manufacturer producing our own designs and shipping our products from our Factory in NSW. Australia. We ship direct to our customers all around the world. In fact, 94% of our sales are international.

All stocked items are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from our Factory to you.

We often get asked if we sell via Amazon or local distributors but the markup that these middlemen add to the price is too much so we decided to deal direct, factory to you to bring the costs down.

Recent changes to the way that worldwide Customs services process shipments valued under $1000 has meant that we've seen significant increases in the time spent waiting for clearances by Customs. This time is typically 70% of the total shipping time. For our tracked shipments you will see the item where it leaves Australia from Sydney Airport and then there will be no further information until your local Customs passes the shipment to the local carrier for further delivery.

Our policy lasts 30 days. This is a 'no questions asked' policy so if for whatever reason you don't like it then return it for a refund.

If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For further details regarding a return please read the "Shipping Information" section below.

To complete your return, we require your order number so we can issue a RA number for the return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Cancellations 
Customers can cancel their order up until the item is dispatched. Payment gateways charge us a non-refundable fee and we take out 3.9% from the available refund.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Any non-refundable merchant fees (such as PayPal fees) together with a small administrative fee will be taken away from the total before the refund is processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

End of Line Sale items (if applicable) 
End of Line Sale items are not generally able to be refunded or replaced unless they arrive faulty. Note: This does not apply to Regular Sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping 
We send your purchase with signature on delivery. Typically once in your country it is your countries postal service that delivers your purchase to your address. You will likely find that the postal service of your country will give you more detailed information about your package. Use the supplied tracking number on your postal services tracking webpage for more details. If you are not available to sign for your delivery then you will need to make arrangements to pick it up.

Before shipping back your return you must contact us at the email address scotty@scottymakesstuff.com to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number. To then return your product, mark the received RA number on the address label (e.g. RA#34). You should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs and Duties 
Each country determines their own import laws and regulations, and unfortunately we do not have the ability to determine or quote any import fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs.

Our international shipping rates do not include any import taxes, customs duties or fees that may arise when a shipment reaches the destination country.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As per Australian Consumer Law, we cannot and do not misrepresent shipments as “Gift” or devalue the total retail cost of a product(s) to avoid customs & duties fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic & international shipping charges. Additionally, we do not refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs.

If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, plus any brokerage, customs, duty, taxes incurred by us on your behalf, as well as any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

The recipient of merchandise is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

If a package is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate address information, determined undeliverable, or declined at customs, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer assumes shipping costs associated with re-shipping of merchandise prior to re-shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for any packages seized by customs.

Goods Deliberately Not Received 
If you choose not to receive your purchase or do not make a reasonable effort to receive or follow up and procure your purchase then you may forfeit your opportunity to receive a refund. Any and all costs to us to return any products deliberately not received will come out of any potential refund. Please bare in mind that some shipping services may take a very long time to return your purchase such that your refund time-frame may expire during the return shipping.

The AirFlo system is a great value, ultra-compact and lightweight full-suspension 4th axis stabilizer that makes your bumpy gimbal footage buttery smooth.

We've taken out the 'fluff' and added all the best bits from our popular stabilizers and distilled it down into this new ultra-compact and lightweight 4th axis or z axis stabilizer - and it's also the best 'bang for your buck' 4th axis stabilizer on the market by a long shot!  

Note: this requires a separate gimbal mount to work with your gimbal.

Using the same quick-lock gimbal mounts system from the Glider Pro 3 range it's made to fit almost all handheld gimbals such as the Ronin SC, Moza Air 2, Weebill S, Smooth 4, Crane M2, Osmo Mobile 3, Moza Air 2 & AirCross 2, Feiyu AK2000 and the list goes on!

The design goals were to reduce the weight and bulk by over half while still achieving great smoothing from the softest all the way to the craziest filming movements.

  • Its packed size is one quarter the size of the Pro 2 and a half that of the Pro 3
  • It's more than half the weight of the Pro 3
  • We redesigned the bounce damping into a compact form using PTFE to give 'fluid-like' damping without the bulk and the expense.
  • We added stainless steel bearings to make it glide even softer.
  • We made it strong but light with specialised internal strengthening
  • This is our most refined geometry - all payloads give silky smooth iso-elastic suspension. 
  • The handles lean ever so slightly forward - This prevents rigs from wobbling forward and aft which can translate into unwanted vertical bouncing. 
  • NEW! Handles now come with 1/4-20 attachment points for monitors and audio.

With practice using the AirFlo Duo you’ll be able to achieve footage that is at least 15% smoother than the Pro 2 model and almost as smooth as our Glider Pro 3 models in a much lighter rig. Once you master it you can even achieve footage that looks like it’s shot on rails! We have a comprehensive user guide to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Payload Springs

The AirFlo Duo 4th axis stabilizer has a choice of 3 different springs - Light,  Medium & Heavy.  

There is overlap between the 3 springs so you may have two springs that will work with your payload. In that case, always choose the spring that is the heavier of the two options as this will provide the best smoothing for your payload. 

The payload weight is worked out by adding all your equipment that is mounted to the 4th axis stabilizer (i.e. camera, gimbal, follow focus servo, etc).

An Ultra-Compact  Powerhouse

I think the huge plus for me is that I can take everything I need for a shoot; lights, audio recorder etc. and it all fits in a backpack so there’s no need for an assistant.
