With the following group of items you can quickly choose the correct parts for your Multi using the drop down menus. By default, the tick boxes can't be 'unticked' as all parts are mandatory for putting together the Multi.

1) Suspension Modules

There's a left and right module so that you can use it in the dual handle (Duo) configuration. These should both be the chosen with the same strength spring from the pull downs. Note: The handles aren't added here as the left and right handles come from the Uno Plus kit.

2) Duo Gimbal Mount

The Duo gimbal mounts listed in the dropdown menu are compatible to use with the dual suspension modules. This is for use in the Duo configuration. 

 

3) AirFlo Uno Plus Kit

The AirFlo Uno Plus Kit takes one of your suspension modules and turns it into  a single suspension / dual handle rig for extra stability. It comes with the left and right handles for use in both the Uno Plus as well as the Duo configurations. The choice of module side in the pull down isn't critical. It makes sense to select one side for the Uno Plus kit and the other for the Uno kit. That way, in the future, if you want to add to your 4th axis system, you can choose to get the appropriate side to match what you choose here.

4) Uno Gimbal Mount for Uno Plus Kit

The Uno gimbal mounts listed in the dropdown menu are compatible to use with a single suspension module Uno Plus. The most common is the 1/4-20 base mount which attaches to a 1/4-20 in the bottom of most gimbal handles. 

 

5) AirFlo Uno Kit

The AirFlo Uno Kit takes one of your suspension modules and turns it into  a single suspension / single handle rig for one handed use. The choice of module side in the pull down isn't critical. It makes sense to select one side for the Uno kit and the other for the Uno Plus kit (above). That way, in the future, if you want to add to your 4th axis system, you can choose to get the appropriate side to match what you choose here.

6) Uno Gimbal Mount for Uno Kit

Since the Multi can be used with both the Uno and Uno Plus configurations at the same time you will need a second Uno compatible mount to go with your the AirFlo Uno kit. 

7) Just add the bundle to your cart and your all set. Just be aware that this bundle is discounted so if you remove any of the items in your cart then the discount will also be removed.

8) Finally, after adding the bundle to your cart look further down the page to the recommended accessories for the multi as these are what customers have typically bought with their AirFlo's. And that's it! We'll get to work on your order and send you an email when it's dispatched.

Courier & AirMail Options

We offer a range of international and domestic Courier Services for speedy and efficient delivery as well as the budget option of the much slower Standard AirMail.

Couriers

Apart from the consistent tracking and reliable service you expect from couriers, you'll also see much faster entry into countries as they quickly handle their own Customs entry, unlike AirMail which is processed by Customs themselves.

One issue with couriers is their unrealistic estimated timeframes. Those timeframes on our website are automatically generated from the couriers and unfortunately, we can't change that.

Aramex and Fastway do pickups the day that we have them packaged and their tracking starts from pickup.UPS uses a third-party courier to uplift to Sydney UPS Distribution Centre. The pickups are daily at lunchtime AEST. It takes 2 -3 business days before the orders are scanned in Sydney and this is when you will first see actual movement in you tracking. After your shipment leaves Australia, you'll find it will get to you quite quickly. 

Most other couriers are next day pickups and like UPS generally only show tracking movement once they are scanned in Sydney while they are getting ready for departure.

Occasionally, we find that a courier that you've selected, won't ship to your address when we start processing your order. In this case we will select a courier of similar value that services your address.

Standard AirMail - Estimated international delivery speeds

Standard Airmail uses Australia Post to get your package to Sydney where it is handed over to a third party for the freight to your country. At the handover point, we don't see any tracking until your Customs Service hands the package over to your countries mail service.

What happens typically, is the third party delivers the package to your countries International Freight Arrivals.

Fun Fact: While actually being within your country's border, until it has been cleared by customs, your package is officially in an international zone.

After arrival, most countries place your package into Quarantine as a measure to prevent their Customs staff from contracting the Coronavirus while clearing foreign goods. This quarantine period depends on your country but it could be just days and in some cases a number of weeks.

Covid-19: 

Due to the worldwide effects that Covid-19 has had on shipping times these guidelines may differ. Recently, courier pick-ups have taken 2 to 4 days due to Covid-19 measures. For this reason we cannot guarantee any quoted delivery time-frame.
The estimated shipping times generated are optimistic to say the least. Most courier shipments that quote around 2 to 5 business days are taking at least twice as long due to Covid-19 slowdowns. Couriers quoting 6+ days tend to not be as overstated though in the current pandemic, you still need to be prepared for around a doubling of the delivery time-frames.

Customers can cancel their order up until the item is dispatched. Payment gateways charge us a non-refundable fee and we take out 3.9% from the available refund.

If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping 
We send your purchase with tracked delivery. Typically once in your country it is your countries postal service that delivers your purchase to your address. You will likely find that the postal service of your country will give you more detailed information about your package. Use the supplied tracking number on your postal services tracking webpage for more details. If you are not available to sign for your delivery then you will need to make arrangements to pick it up.

Before shipping back your return you must contact us at the email address customerservice@scottymakesstuff.com to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number. To then return your product, mark the received RA number on the address label (e.g. RA#34). Your return mail should look similar to below but instead with the RA number we give you:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will also need to use a service that will get back to us within the 30 day return time-frame from your initial receipt of delivery.

Customs and Duties 
Each country determines their own import laws and regulations, and unfortunately we do not have the ability to determine or quote any import fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs.

Our international shipping rates do not include any import taxes, customs duties or fees that may arise when a shipment reaches the destination country.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As per Australian Consumer Law, we cannot and do not misrepresent shipments as “Gift” or devalue the total retail cost of a product(s) to avoid customs & duties fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic & international shipping charges. Additionally, we do not refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs.

If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, plus any brokerage, customs, duty, taxes incurred by us on your behalf, as well as any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

The recipient of merchandise is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

If a package is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate address information, determined undeliverable, or declined at customs, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer assumes shipping costs associated with re-shipping of merchandise prior to re-shipment.

Goods Deliberately Not Received

So What is the AirFlo Multi?

We took the dual-suspension Duo and added all the parts necessary to change it into the AirFlo Uno and at the same time into the AirFlo Uno Plus.

So, picture this; You've got your Ronin SC flying a Mirrorless on the AirFlo Duo and then you want to get some B Cam and also some C Cam of the B Cam on your phone. Too easy, take one suspension arm and turn it into the AirFlo Uno and then turn the other into the AirFlo Uno Plus for a bit more control using dual handles.

In this package, you'll get two of the universal 1/4-20 base mounts as well as your choice of one of the Duo gimbal mounts. You'll also get 3 handles and the Duo will be pre-fitted with two bi-directional Uno kits.

We've taken out the 'fluff' and added all the best bits from our popular Pro stabilizers and distilled it down into this new ultra-compact and lightweight 4th axis or z axis stabilizer - and it's also the best 'bang for your buck' 4th axis stabilizer on the market by a long shot!

The design goals were to reduce the weight and bulk by over half while still achieving great smoothing from the softest all the way to the craziest filming movements.

  • Its packed size is one quarter the size of the Pro 2 and a half that of the Pro 3
  • It's more than half the weight of the Pro 3
  • We redesigned the bounce damping into a compact form using PTFE to give 'fluid-like' damping without the bulk and the expense.
  • We added stainless steel bearings to make it glide even softer.
  • We made it strong but light with specialised internal strengthening
  • This is our most refined geometry - all payloads give silky smooth iso-elastic suspension. 
  • The handles lean ever so slightly forward - This prevents rigs from wobbling forward and aft which can translate into unwanted vertical bouncing. 
  • Handles come with 1/4-20 attachment points for monitors and audio.

Payload Springs

The AirFlo Multi 4th axis stabilizer has a choice of 3 different springs - Light,  Medium & Heavy.  

There is overlap between the 3 springs so you may have two springs that will work with your payload. In that case, always choose the spring that is the heavier of the two options as this will provide the best smoothing for your payload. 

The payload weight is worked out by adding all your equipment that is mounted to the 4th axis stabilizer (i.e. camera, gimbal, follow focus servo, etc).

Covid-19: 

Due to the worldwide effects that Covid-19 has had on shipping times these guidelines may differ. Recently, courier pick-ups have taken 2 to 4 days due to Covid-19 measures. For this reason we cannot guarantee any quoted delivery time-frame.
The estimated shipping times generated are optimistic to say the least. Most courier shipments that quote around 2 to 5 business days are taking at least twice as long due to Covid-19 slowdowns. Couriers quoting 6+ days tend to not be as overstated though in the current pandemic, you still need to be prepared for around a doubling of the delivery time-frames.

We often get asked if we sell via Amazon or local distributors, but the markup that these middlemen add to the price is too much so we decided to deal direct, factory to you, to bring the costs down.

 

Recent changes to the way that worldwide Customs services process shipments valued under $1000 has meant that in many countries, there will be import duties for you to pay before your shipment is delivered. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.

Cancellations 
Customers can cancel their order up until the item is dispatched. Payment gateways charge us a non-refundable fee and we take out 3.9% from the available refund.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Our policy lasts 30 days. This is a 'no questions asked' policy so if for whatever reason you don't like it then return it for a refund.

If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For further details regarding a return please read the "Shipping Information" section below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Any non-refundable merchant fees (such as PayPal fees) together with a small administrative fee will be taken away from the total before the refund is processed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

End of Line Sale items (if applicable) 
End of Line Sale items are not generally able to be refunded or replaced unless they arrive faulty. Note: This does not apply to Regular Sale items.

Custom Built or Prototype items

Custom Built or Prototype items are not generally able to be refunded or replaced unless they arrive faulty.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@scottymakesstuff.com and send your item to: Scotty Makes Stuff, 6-8 Albert Lane, Taree, New South Wales, 2430, Australia.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping 
We send your purchase with tracked delivery. Typically once in your country it is your countries postal service that delivers your purchase to your address. You will likely find that the postal service of your country will give you more detailed information about your package. Use the supplied tracking number on your postal services tracking webpage for more details. If you are not available to sign for your delivery then you will need to make arrangements to pick it up.

Before shipping back your return you must contact us at the email address customerservice@scottymakesstuff.com to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number. To then return your product, mark the received RA number on the address label (e.g. RA#34). Your return mail should look similar to below but instead with the RA number we give you:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will also need to use a service that will get back to us within the 30 day return time-frame from your initial receipt of delivery.

Customs and Duties 
Each country determines their own import laws and regulations, and unfortunately we do not have the ability to determine or quote any import fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs.

Our international shipping rates do not include any import taxes, customs duties or fees that may arise when a shipment reaches the destination country.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As per Australian Consumer Law, we cannot and do not misrepresent shipments as “Gift” or devalue the total retail cost of a product(s) to avoid customs & duties fees.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic & international shipping charges. Additionally, we do not refund customs, duties, taxes, VAT, or tariffs.

If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, plus any brokerage, customs, duty, taxes incurred by us on your behalf, as well as any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

The recipient of merchandise is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

If a package is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate address information, determined undeliverable, or declined at customs, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. The buyer assumes shipping costs associated with re-shipping of merchandise prior to re-shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for any packages seized by customs.

Goods Deliberately Not Received 
If you choose not to receive your purchase or do not make a reasonable effort to receive or follow up and procure your purchase then you may forfeit your opportunity to receive a refund. It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping as outlined above under "Shipping". Any and all costs to us to return any products deliberately not received will come out of any potential refund.

If the original shipping plus the cost of returning the item to us is more than cost of the order then we have the right to abandon the shipment and recoup all of the refund to cover our losses. 

Please bare in mind that some shipping services may take a very long time to return your purchase such that your refund time-frame may expire during the return shipping.
