Covid-19: Due to the worldwide effects that Covid-19 has had on shipping times these guidelines may differ vastly. For this reason we cannot guarantee any quoted time-frame.

The estimated times generated are optimistic to say the least. Most courier shipments that quote around 2 to 5 business days are taking at least twice as long due to Covid-19 slowdowns. Couriers quoting 6+ days tend to not be as overstated though in the current pandemic, you still need to be prepared for around a doubling of the delivery time-frames.

Most AirMail is being held in quarantine for a period of weeks as a part of the Covid-19 Quarantine measures and then being processed through Customs. 
We thank you for your kind patience during this difficult global time.
We often get asked if we sell via Amazon or local distributors, but the markup that these middlemen add to the price is too much so we decided to deal direct, factory to you, to bring the costs down.

All shipments are sent out with Australia Post, and after clearing your local customs, it is passed onto your local postal network for delivery. Once handed onto your postal network, you will be able to use the supplied tracking number with your local postal services tracking system to get in many cases more timely tracking updates.

Recent changes to the way that worldwide Customs services process shipments valued under $1000 has meant that we've seen significant increases in the time spent waiting for clearances by Customs. This time is typically 70% of the total shipping time. For our tracked shipments you will see the item where it leaves Australia from Sydney Airport and then there will be no further information until your local Customs passes the shipment to the local carrier for further delivery.

Our policy lasts 30 days. This is a 'no questions asked' policy so if for whatever reason you don't like it then return it for a refund.

Cancellations 
Customers can cancel their order up until the item is dispatched. Payment gateways charge us a non-refundable fee and we take out 3.9% from the available refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. This is a 'no questions asked' policy so if for whatever reason you don't like it then return it for a refund.

If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For further details regarding a return please read the "Shipping Information" section below.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Any non-refundable merchant fees (such as PayPal fees) together with a small administrative fee will be taken away from the total before the refund is processed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as items with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping 
We send your purchase with tracked delivery. Typically once in your country it is your countries postal service that delivers your purchase to your address. You will likely find that the postal service of your country will give you more detailed information about your package. Use the supplied tracking number on your postal services tracking webpage for more details. If you are not available to sign for your delivery then you will need to make arrangements to pick it up.

Before shipping back your return you must contact us at the email address customerservice@scottymakesstuff.com to receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number. To then return your product, mark the received RA number on the address label (e.g. RA#34). Your return mail should look similar to below but instead with the RA number we give you:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of our original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, plus any brokerage, customs, duty, taxes incurred by us on your behalf, as well as any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

The Glider Pro 3 Uno Plus is a no-compromise single suspension module, double-handed 4th axis stabilizer built from the ground up for Pro's to make your bumpy gimbal footage silky smooth!

As a stand-alone handheld 4th axis stabilizer it's now the new benchmark for others to aspire to and it's made to fit most compact to medium handheld gimbals!

If you don't need the load capacity of the Duo then this will provide the same stabilization and it's much quicker to master too.

Its modular design means the Glider Pro 3 Uno Plus can be re-fitted in seconds - you'll have more ways to use your rig than ever before!

You can add-on mounts for cars, bikes, body mounts, boats mount, you name it, you can even mount it with our customisable mounts! 

 

We improved on the best!

The design goal was to improve every aspect from the softest all the way to the craziest filming movements.

  • To start, we redesigned the fluid damping to go from zero damping to an even higher level of damping than the original for those extreme shots
  • We added more stainless steel bearings to make it glide even softer
  • We made it stronger to take payloads up to 3.5kg
  • We’ve refined the geometry to take you from firm suspension all the way to the softest and most iso-elastic suspension. Think of it like going from an off-roader to luxury car suspension.

 

The Glider Pro 3 Uno Plus takes around the same time to master as the Pro 2 did but once you come up to speed you’ll be able to achieve footage that is at least 20% smoother than the Pro 2 model. Once you master it you can even achieve footage that looks like it’s shot on rails!

Payload Springs

The Glider Pro 3 uses our own custom made springs made out of the finest spring steel (music wire) to give the smoothest range of motion.

The Glider Pro 3 Uno Plus 4th axis stabilizer springs suit payloads from 350g to 4.5kg (0.75 to 10 pounds) with an iso-elastic range from 450g to 3kg (1 to 6.5 pounds). For optimum performance, we recommend using payloads between 500g and 3kg (1.2 to 6 pounds).

The payload weight is worked out by adding all your equipment that is mounted to the centre of the stabilizer (camera, gimbal etc). If you mount off the dual handles then that doesn't count towards the payload.

If needed small counterweights can be attached to get to the minimum payload.
